I have read and accept the following berthing terms and conditions.*

The allocation of the berthing position is strictly temporary and does not create any right to any kind of berthing, i.e. permanent berthing, at the specific position.
The duration of the berthing shall be determined exclusively based on the number of days approved by the Cyprus Ports Authority and not based on the number of days requested by the applicant when submitting the application.
Berthing may be extended beyond the initially approved period, only following prior the approval by the Cyprus Ports Authority, and depending on berthing positions availability. Any such extension does not constitute a right for the applicant and may be approved for a certain number of additional days determined by the Cyprus Ports Authority, depending on the availability of berthing positions and of the port operations.
In case of approval:
The berthing position is granted exclusively for the above-mentioned vessel, and its use by any other vessel belonging to the same owner, operator, or any third party is not permitted without the prior written approval of the Authority.
Please be informed that the Authority has the right, at any time, to instruct you to shift your vessel and/ or evacuate the allocated berthing position, for which you are obliged to fully comply. It is clarified that the responsibility and costs related to the vessel’s shifting or to the evacuation of the berthing position lies solely to you.
You are hereby informed that the Authority has no responsibility for any damages that may occur to your vessel, (such as damages due to draft limitations, damages caused by any other vessel, and/or damage you may cause to others, as well as damages resulting from fire, adverse weather conditions, malicious acts, etc.) and the responsibility lies exclusively on you.
You are also obliged to pay all relevant fees/charges /dues to the Authority in relation to the berthing of your vessel at Paphos Port. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the berthing license of your vessel.
